HOW to be a Trea Turner GOAT

  1. Your hands start the slide. They go up in the air. PUT YOUR HANDS UP IN THE AIR PUT YOUR HANDS UP IN THE AIR. Hold a stick or a bat to remind yourself.

2. Decide which leg you will use to reach the base. It will be your power leg that stretches out to reach the base. If you compare one-legged jumps using both right and left legs, the longest jump will be your power leg.

3. Now you need to time out your slide using a 3 count. If you are a power RIGHT leg, the count starts by striding with your RIGHT (ONE), then striding with your LEFT (TWO) and then do this (see Javier below) on THREE!
