I started my experiment today at around 1:00. ( today is sunday) The experiment worked and the pizza pops cooked in about 1 and a 1/2 to 2 hours like predicted. The start temp was 115 F or 46 C. It got to 130F or 54C and then lowered to 108F or 42C. It finished at 2:23. Here are some pictures:
